Grayson Ellis (portrayed by Josh Hopkins) is Jules Cobb's neighbor and Husband.
Biography
Grayson Ellis recently divorced his wife Vivian. The two finally split because Grayson wants children, and Vivian did not.
Grayson owns and operates Gray's Pub, a local bar and grill.
Grayson currently lives on Freeling Drive across from Jules Cobb. After his divorce, Grayson dated/slept with a slew of younger women. Due to the persistence of Jules, Grayson became friends with her and the rest of the group. Grayson eventually developed a romantic crush on Jules, and after attempting to be "friends with benefits" the two realized they should actually date.
After several months of dating, Grayson proposed to Jules and she accepted.

Recently Grayson discovered that he fathered a daughter, Tampa, from a previous hookup.[1]

- Grayson originally coined the term "The Cul-de-Sac Crew" mockingly, but Jules liked the sound of it.
- Grayson and Travis have also had an unease around each other.
- Grayson is extremely conceited and vain.
- Grayson used to make and sell jewelry while living in South Beach, Florida. He even made some pieces for Lou Diamond Phillips.[2]
- Grayson plays the guitar and often composes short songs.
